Chicks Love Chocolate is dedicated to giving back by donating 10% of net profits to selected South Carolina resources that help out our fellow chicks.  Many organizations will be knockin’ on our door and we wish we could answer to everyone!

We have chosen those organizations that help both statewide and locally.  The following organizations are those we feel do a great job for our communities here in South Carolina:

Palmetto Center for Women

Our newest favorite group. The former YWCA of Columbia is now the new Palmetto Center for Women! Columbia finally has its own women's center and its opening is April 19,2007. Chicks need to join to help support its efforts! Individual membership is $40.00.

Charleston Center for Women
A non-profit, complete women’s development center that has served as a model for other centers around the state.
One of Oprah’s favorites because she donated $25,000 to them when she was in town!

South Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault
An organization dedicated to helping women and their families that are victims of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing a coalition of shelters statewide.

A non-profit, bipartisan political action committee dedicated to enabling women candidates to run for state and local offices.

A non-profit organization dedicated to providing information for women’s services along with family support and prevention of child abuse programs. Call their 2-1-1 line if you ever need a helpin’ hand!
