Ordering:
We only accept online ordering at this time. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER! Paypal enables Chicks Love Chocolate to accept credit cards safely and securely.

All apparel items are processed through cafepress.com.  Cafepress is solely responsible for all apparel items and products ordered through cafépress.  All returns and refunds on apparel items are the sole responsibility of cafépress.com. Please see their website (cafepress.com) for further information on their policies and procedures for returns. 

Shipping:
We cannot ship to P.O.Boxes or outside the United States.  Please enter a physical mailing address in the United States for all orders.

In-stock items will ship in 3 business days (Monday-Friday). If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you immediately and give you an estimated time that it will be available.  If this is not suitable, a refund will be given on your item.

Regular shipments are made via UPS ground services and USPS priority service.  Shipping generally takes 5-7 days depending on your location.  The following is a list of shipping charges:

Sales Tax:
All products delivered to a South Carolina address will be charged sales tax.

Gift purchases:
If your item is a gift or you are ordering a gift set, please indicate at checkout that you would like a gift card and what you want it to say! We will be happy to enclose it and all items will be free of price tags.

Returns/Exchanges:
If any item is unsatisfactory and unused and unopened, we can will refund or exchange it. Please email us and we will instruct you on how to return the item. 

Unfortunately, all shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. This includes the charges for shipping products back to us for return.

Damaged shipments must be kept intact to file a claim. Please notify customer service via email as soon as any damaged goods are received unless these items are through cafepress.com then please notify cafepress.com.

Privacy and Security Policy
We never sell, trade or share your contact or payment
information with anyone.  All payments are made via Paypal. Please visit paypal.com for further information on security issues and concerns.  For all apparel items, please see cafepress.com for privacy and security information.

Product Disclaimer
Please note that any item that is to be placed on the skin may cause an allergic reaction if you are sensitive to it. Please test the item on a small area (approximately one inch) of skin before applying it on a larger area. If there is any presence of irritation, redness or swelling, discontinue use.

Please read and follow all product use and instructions for safety. This is especially important with candles. Please keep all candles away from anything that can catch fire and never leave a candle unattended.
